For us to protect the privacy of our clients, we must first ensure that we are releasing the information to the right person. Once you have been verified Using AusPost Digital ID service, we are able to divulge to you the entity holding the funds and start the process in reclaiming your money

Claim outcome

Once the claim is approved, the funds will be deposited into a Statutory Trust Account, where it will be transferred to you, deducting out recovery fee (20%)
